Major Projects

Major Mining Projects

IMRG is currently engaged in negotiations to facilitate the takeover and development of two large-scale mining projects. Both ventures present significant opportunities but are beyond IMRG’s current operational capacity, requiring partnerships and investment to fully realize their potential.

Project 1: DMC

Spanning 5,900 hectares, this project encompasses vast deposits of iron ore, copper, gold, and molybdenum. IMRG has been offered the assignment of the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) and is in the final stages of negotiating a draft agreement to secure the rights to this site. The project presents immense long-term potential for large-scale resource extraction.

Project 2: JBMMC Gold Mine

Approved by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) in 2010 for a 25-year term, this gold mine covers 452 hectares in the province of Mindinao and holds an estimated 1.5 million ounces of gold according to the Philippine Department of Mines. This site represents a lucrative opportunity for gold mining and production, with substantial reserves awaiting development.

Both project owners are actively seeking investors to fund and develop these operations and have enlisted IMRG’s expertise in brokering partnerships and securing necessary resources. These major projects align with IMRG’s strategy of fostering long-term partnerships to unlock the full value of underdeveloped mining assets.
